2012 Summer League Results

The 2012 Summer League took place over four weekends in May and June, with teams representing colleges, departments and societies battling it out for the title.

The first three weeks saw both Trinity and Wolfson leave undefeated, despite the heroic performances of the other ten teams. One of the two had to triumph though, and regardless of absences on both sides, Trinity saw Wolfson come on top with a 2-0 victory. The mature college had a spectacular season, being crowned the overall 2012 champion after also having won the Lent Cuppers.

The Summer League results were:
1-Wolfson-33
2-Trinity-31
3-LMB-27
4-Robinson-25
5-Pembroke-23
6-Girton-20
7-Jesus-17
8-Continental 6-15
9-Fitzwilliam-15
10-Catz-15
11-CUAS-14
12-Magdalene-13

Wolfson, Trinity, LMB, Robinson, Pembroke and Girton will be placed in the first division next season; Jesus, Continental 6, Fitzwilliam, St. Catharines, CUAS and Magdalene will be placed in the second division (subject to changes according to the number of teams)

Congratulations to all the players involved for showing us that Cambridge isnt only about rowing!
